Ultimate Fitness Health Club is one such place where blood, sweat and tears converge into pain to bring lots of youngsters and old alike into the magnificient arena of Body Building.

The owner is Jaleel ekka, affectionately called "Ekka" by his wards. He has been a Bodybuilder himself during his hey days and has been sidelined in recent years due to a health threatening injury for which he was operated upon; but the zeal and passion still lives which he passes on to the future torchbearers of this ancient sport.

We are located at Thrikkakara in the beautiful city of Cochin, the Queen of the Arabian sea. It is a stones throw away from Kakkanad which is the political hub of Cochin now. It is a modest gym that promotes pure bodybuilding. It brings to mind and vision the gym of yesteryears, the "Akhada". It does not compare with the modern gymnasiums with their ambience and the air conditioned environment. It is down-to-earth and evokes a strong sense of working out. You sweat, work hard, and make mind and body as one to achieve the impossible.

It is synonymous with pure pure bodybuilding.

Mr. Kerala, 2012

Recently we had a Bodybuilding competition for the Title Mr. Kerala at Gokulam Towers, Kaloor. The selections were done on Jan.11, 2012 and the final show on Jan.12, 2012.
